Responsibilities:
Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to understand needs. Support solution validation and user testing. Provide product and domain expertise for decision making. Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical feasibility. Break complex workflows into clear, testable user stories. Model current and future states of workflows and business processes. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Engage proactively with various teams (Customer Success, Product, Design, etc.). Ensure stakeholders have a shared understanding of scope and intent. Work closely with developers and testers to clarify requirements. Support UAT to confirm solution meets business requirements. Analyze data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas of improvement. Incorporate customer feedback and business metrics into story development. Build a deep understanding of the client's platform and customer pain points.
