Strong foundation in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and drainage planning Hands-on experience with modelling tools (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SWMM, MIKE, or similar) Proficiency in GIS tools (ArcGIS / QGIS) Ability to interpret LiDAR data, DEMs, and topographic survey information Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills Effective communication and report-writing abilities M.Tech / M.Sc in Hydrology, Water Resources, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering B.Tech in Civil Engineering with strong hydrology and drainage experience considered Certifications or formal training in hydraulic and hydrological modelling tools preferred 3–12 years of experience in hydrology, drainage planning, stormwater modelling, or water resources engineering Experience working with LiDAR- or drone-derived datasets is an added advantage Minimum 2 years of experience
