Create a strong partnership with executive leaders in sales, marketing, finance, and professional services Lead the technical side of the enterprise digital transformation program Direct a portfolio of enterprise projects in partnership with the business Set the technology strategy for adding other business entities into core commercial IT systems Ensure business vision and digital transformation objectives are considered in the 1-3 year plan for Commercial Systems Lead a team in establishing repeatable processes for maintenance, architecture, sprint planning, environment management, and user support Set strategy for supporting a worldwide user base Serve as a senior advisor to the CIO Effectively recruit high quality team members Follow industry-established process for change and release management for public companies governed by SOX requirements
