Requirements:
Strong background in healthcare across provider, pharmaceutical, and payor subindustries. Extensive experience with healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7. Exposure to EHRs, healthcare fintech, and integration challenges. Excellent understanding of healthcare regulatory environments in the US and Canada. Strong grasp of technology's role in healthcare business strategy. Solid foundation in architecting software systems. 6+ years of overall technology professional experience (developer, data scientist, or mix). Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong French language presentation, technical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work comfortably with American clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as architect and technical lead for healthcare client projects. Manage technical aspects of projects, including planning and coordination. Perform independent advisory work for clients, such as fractional CTO engagements. Act as an ambassador for healthcare standards and best practices. Contribute to internal and open-source healthcare development tools. Participate in and lead internal working groups. Collaborate on data privacy and compliance standards for healthcare projects. Work with sales and business development on technical discussions and marketing materials.
