5+ years of experience as a software developer, DevOps, SRE and/or platform engineer Solid backend development experience building APIs, services, and data integrations Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Ability to articulate tradeoffs in technology choices and relate them to business needs Excellent communication skills Adaptable, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-moving environments

Designing and implementing cloud architectures on AWS Building infrastructure-as-code with Terraform Setting up CI/CD pipelines Deploying and managing services in production environments Leading platform tooling for projects Building deployment automation, test suites, and developer productivity tools Developing backend services, APIs, and data integrations Gathering requirements and talking to stakeholders Planning and coordinating deliverables, scope, timelines, and budgets for project teams Suggesting process and tooling improvements Mentoring junior colleagues Presenting internally and participating in interviews
