Proven track record of technical leadership. Broad experience in data science and AI, across multiple subfields. Strong sense of the economics and business value of AI solutions. Academic background in AI or a related field. 8+ years of overall experience as a technology professional. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong French language presentation, technical and interpersonal skills. Ability to work comfortably with American clients. Experience with Python. Experience with cloud platforms. Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, especially generative AI models. Experience designing and deploying machine learning pipelines using cloud technologies. Good knowledge of distributed computing environments and big data technologies. Proficiency in software development best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git). Master's degree.

Serve as technical lead and architect on client project teams. Conduct advisory research and create proofs-of-concept for clients. Contribute production-ready code to client and internal projects. Lead technical discussions in sales cycles and contribute to marketing materials. Mentor senior technical team members and guide the AI practice guild. Lead internal working groups on AI and data science practices and standards. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for AI teams. Represent the company at events and articulate its technical vision.
