Principal Consultant, NetSuite

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience or industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or relevant field.
• Strong background in finance/accounting and consulting services.
• Hands-on experience with 10-15+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
• NetSuite certifications highly preferred, including NetSuite ERP Consultant and SuiteFoundation.
• Knowledge of NetSuite's technical capabilities like SuiteFlow and SuiteScript.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and act as a Solution Architect for full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into NetSuite technical designs.
• Manage project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
• Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements.
• Develop wireframes and schematic diagrams for customer requirements.
• Lead project management activities and collaborate with development teams.
• Act as a trusted client advocate and contribute to internal initiatives.
