Extremely sharp software development skills across a variety of technology stacks. Very strong familiarity with cloud providers and their offerings; ability to architect systems independently of the provider. Professional experience in a variety of company sizes and stages. Very strong understanding of security and privacy and applicable regulatory frameworks. 8+ years overall experience as a technology professional. Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English and French.

Act as technical lead and architect on client project teams. Perform hands-on work, including Fractional CTO work. Own internal tools and standards, including cloud provider partnerships. Create, review, and enforce software development best practices. Mentor senior technical team members. Own security best practices and lead compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC2). Lead technical discussions in sales cycles. Identify opportunities for developers via internal projects and new services.
