Serve as primary client contact for project activities Develop scope, proposals, and resolve client conflicts Execute projects within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments Manage all project activities and overall work execution Document and execute changes in project scope Develop new business opportunities Direct and coordinate engineering design team and subcontractors Anticipate project staffing needs Establish objectives and provide performance feedback to project team members Solicit, bid, analyze, and award installation services/contracts Provide direction for procurement of parts and equipment Establish and communicate project safety plans Promote, support, and monitor safety policies Work closely with construction management during installation Develop installation, technical check-out, and start-up plans Act as or work with the start-up leader Anticipate problems and provide corrective actions Identify and execute efficiency gains for work processes Travel as needed (approx. 30% annual average)
