Experience conducting skills-based assessments and workforce gap analyses. Knowledge of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Ability to create and present visual insights to stakeholders. Experience synthesizing data into workforce strategy reports. Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
