Senior Accountant - Remote Client Accountant

3-5 years of experience overseeing the work of bookkeepers or staff accountants Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related field (BS/MS/MBA preferred) Experience working in e-commerce, product companies, technology, professional service businesses, and real estate industries Cloud-based accounting experience Public accounting experience Consulting experience Expertise in accrual basis financial reporting

Manage client relationships weekly and monthly Be the primary point of contact for clients Provide monthly financial reviews Handle general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting Manage and lead 1-3 bookkeepers Delegate and review bookkeeping tasks Reconcile tax returns to books and records Leverage cloud-based accounting systems Set up and manage cloud technology integrations Review workflow and make technology recommendations
