Align revenue strategy, planning, and execution with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Drive consistency across the customer lifecycle. Support annual planning, forecasting, and quota setting. Serve as the primary owner and architect of the revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk). Ensure clean data, scalable integrations, and system optimization. Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, bookings, retention, expansion, churn, and ARR metrics. Own forecasting accuracy and establish KPI definitions. Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and the board. Design, document, and improve revenue processes. Identify and implement solutions for funnel friction points. Partner with Sales Enablement for onboarding, training, and tool adoption. Drive operational change through clear communication and stakeholder buy-in.
