7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles. 5+ years of people leadership experience. Experience scaling RevOps from early-stage (Series A/B) through high growth (Series C+). HubSpot power user, ideally with multiple certifications. Strong grasp of sales methodologies, funnel management, forecasting, and data analytics. Experience working closely with cross-functional GTM teams. Technologist with business acumen and understanding of modern data architecture.
