Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy roles. 5+ years of people leadership experience. Experience scaling RevOps from early-stage (Series A/B) through high growth (Series C+). HubSpot power user, ideally with multiple certifications. Strong grasp of sales methodologies, funnel management, forecasting, and data analytics. Experience working closely with cross-functional GTM teams. Technologist with business acumen and understanding of modern data architecture.
Responsibilities:
Own the Revenue Operations Strategy and design a scalable revenue operations framework. Build and Lead a team of revenue operations professionals. Optimize the GTM Tech Stack, overseeing HubSpot and related tools. Drive Revenue Intelligence through forecasting models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks. Enhance GTM Efficiency by partnering with leaders to identify bottlenecks and design improvements.
