Full Stack Tech Lead

Minimum of 8 years of development experience, with at least 4 years being a senior or technical lead. Javascript/Typescript expertise; utilize ReactNative for mobile, ReactJS and Next.js for frontend, and Node.js on AWS infrastructure. Experience with software development best practices, including version control, testing, security, build pipelines, monitoring, release management, and documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and motivation to produce the best possible result. Experience mentoring other developers and enjoy working together to solve complex problems. Take ownership of the team's success, assisting others and seeking help when needed. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, or a strong desire to switch to one. Experience in healthcare, especially Telehealth, is a plus. Experience with mobile apps which utilize REST APIs.

Contribute as a full stack engineer, developing and maintaining products delivering Oshi’s patient experience. Work with other engineers to drive technical designs based on product requirements. Participate in an agile team delivering work in two-week sprints. Collaborate with Product to find effective solutions and estimate effort. Promote an environment where developers test their own code carefully and pair with QA engineers. On-call shifts supporting operations to ensure the platform runs smoothly. Manage a develop/test/deploy process, seeking automated test and process improvements.
