Automotive Solutions Architect

Degree in Computer Science or related field (Advanced degree preferred) Software development experience in C/C++ and embedded systems 10+ years at an Automotive OEM or leading Tier-1 supplier Involved in delivery of end-to-end architecture solutions Expert capability to define E/E architecture designs and data flow for distributed, embedded systems Proficient in automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, SOME/IP) Practical experience in network stack configuration and performance tuning Understanding of functional safety concepts (ASIL, ISO 26262, safety mechanisms) Experience with ROS 2, Adaptive AUTOSAR, or similar middleware frameworks Expertise to write clear, structured requirements and architecture documentation Experience with performance analysis and benchmarking Exceptional team player with ability to build 'trusted-advisor' relationships Ability to work successfully in highly distributed teams Must be able to travel (25-40%) to work with customers onsite

Drive integration of Connext Drive as the core connectivity platform Define system-level architecture diagrams, interfaces, and data flow Translate vehicle functional needs into technical requirements Drive Connext Drive integration strategies with AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive platforms Ensure Connext Drive integration aligns with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and cybersecurity requirements Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate Connext Drive capabilities Support teams in defining integration test strategies and validation Articulate detailed automotive use cases and track customer requirements Analyze and define data modeling, QoS configurations, and partitioning strategies Provide technical guidance, assistance, and prototype proof-of-concept projects Create and maintain architecture documentation, interface definitions, and configuration guidelines Provide onsite technical training, configuration/code review, design guidance, and debugging Lead cross-functional discussions and mentor platform teams Create and maintain shared artifacts to help customers accelerate their transition to SDVs
