Proven track record of managing and optimizing content within Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Bachelor's degree in SEO & Digital Marketing, UX writing, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Deep understanding of AEO principles, LLM information processing, and the impact of content on Visibility, Sentiment, and Citations. Strong communication skills with previous experience training others or documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conceptual understanding of RAG, tool/function calling, and multi-step workflows; familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex is a strong plus. Ability to travel approximately 10% between local offices, including quarterly HQ visits and industry training.
