Requirements:
6-10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-sales, Product Specialist, or Implementation roles, preferably within RCM or Healthcare IT. Strong understanding of RCM workflows, including charge capture, claims management, payment posting, denials management, and A/R follow-up. Demonstrated ability to understand complex SaaS solutions and connect them to business outcomes such as improved revenue realization and operational efficiency. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, able to engage both operational and executive audiences. Hands-on, collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced, startup-style environment. Proven ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop expertise in Innovaccer's RCM solutions, covering coding, billing, claims, denials, and A/R management. Partner with Sales and Customer teams to drive RCM opportunities through tailored narratives, demos, and proof-of-value sessions. Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmap, new features, and customer feedback. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding challenges and mapping them to RCM capabilities. Lead solution design discussions, crafting configurations and workflows for client pain points and ROI. Support pre-sales efforts with demos, value assessments, and competitive positioning. Develop sales enablement materials like pitch decks, demo scripts, and RFP responses. Join customer meetings to provide domain depth and solution alignment. Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing field insights to enhance solution design.
