6-10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-sales, Product Specialist, or Implementation roles, preferably within RCM or Healthcare IT. Strong understanding of RCM workflows, including charge capture, claims management, payment posting, denials management, and A/R follow-up. Demonstrated ability to understand complex SaaS solutions and connect them to business outcomes such as improved revenue realization and operational efficiency. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, able to engage both operational and executive audiences. Hands-on, collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced, startup-style environment. Proven ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
