Requirements:
12–15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, enterprise consulting, or digital transformation roles Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformation programs within provider or health system environments Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations—including charge capture, claims, denials, A/R management, and financial analytics Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders Demonstrated success in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements focused on financial performance improvement Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen Hands-on, collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-paced, startup-like environment Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities:
Own the expansion of Innovaccer’s Flow (RCM) business Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams Design RCM transformation roadmaps Lead executive-level deal discussions Represent Innovaccer in executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions Mentor and guide solution specialists, consultants, and solution engineers Bring back insights from the field to inform product direction, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
