Requirements:
4+ years of proven success in outside sales. Experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant or related industry preferred. Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development. Strong financial acumen. Excellent communication, both verbal and written. Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. Familiarity with MS Office/Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach. Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers. Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure goals are met. Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in CRM.
