Requirements
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- 1+ years of CRM management experience, ideally in real estate or lead generation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) and Airtable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and collaborative with a strong sense of accountability
- Self-aware and heavy emphasis on constant self-improvement
- Hear and talk on a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day
- Individual Hardline High-speed internet connection
Responsibilities
- Outreach to investors via phone nationwide to discuss value proposition and product offering
- Make a minimum of 200 dials a day to build momentum
- Overcome objections and negotiate solutions
- Build trust with investors to understand their needs
- Research clients using internal notes, company websites, and public information
- Meet and exceed required sales targets
