Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in AEC marketing, customer success or account management AEC experience is a plus Demonstrated 'self-starter' with a history of completing tasks with limited oversight Experience working with and desire to work directly with customers Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience with CRMs Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to think critically and problem solve in fast changing environments Experience building relationships and communicating at the executive level Strong proficiency in generative AI tools (ChatGBT, Claude, etc.) Ability to leverage RevOps tools to optimize the customer journey
