Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. Interest in learning HRIS database design, system structure, and basic HR technology functions. General curiosity about HR processes such as payroll, benefits, compensation, staffing, or employee development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic quantitative and analytical abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with or ability to learn HRIS tools, data management concepts, and common PC applications (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, and other productivity software).
