3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, preferably at a B2B SaaS company selling into the enterprise. Deep functional understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data integration patterns, and security best practices (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA/PII handling). Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences. Proven track record of managing and closing large, complex technical deals and coordinating cross-functional resources effectively. A "founder's mentality" with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and build processes from the ground up.
