Remote Program Analyst Lead (VA-ESOM)

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, math or engineering 10+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of experience with project coordination, business process mapping, organizational design, and strategy Experience leading small teams delivering data analysis and technical recommendations to client leadership Experience creating reports/dashboards in SharePoint Data SME with experience collecting and deriving meaningful conclusions/insights from large existing information data sets Implementing business processes Ability to parse large sets of data into executive reports Experience in the management consulting field, including strategy and change management Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel with knowledge of pivot Charts and Excel Reporting capabilities Excellent oral/written communication Ability to multitask, adapt in a rapidly changing environment and work independently and in a team environment

Lead a team applying advanced consulting and planning or extensive technical expertise Gather, compile, and analyst source data to provide information for data driven decisions using ServiceNow and SharePoint Develop metrics, analysis and have daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders Guide junior team members and ensure projects stay on task and schedule Create the tools necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement Contribute to program strategy and help to improve delivery and measure program impact
