Bachelor’s degree in nursing, public administration, public policy, public health, or a related field. Proven ability to design, implement, and support a regional technical assistance strategy tailored to providers' unique needs. Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety topic areas and hands-on experience in nursing homes, hospitals, and/or clinician offices. In-depth understanding of quality measures and QI methodologies in key focus areas, including evidence-based interventions and knowledge of barriers and drivers for improvement. Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and learning collaboratives.
