Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in brand & growth marketing. Experience marketing within the healthcare space, specifically with providers. Experience developing comprehensive growth marketing strategies. Experience leading the sourcing and deploying of media management platforms and partners. Experience developing and managing multi-touch, omni-channel integrated experiences. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute oncology product brand storytelling and marketing calendar. Partner with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing content. Plan, execute, and assess tradeshows, webinars, and events. Conceptualize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns. Lead demand generation strategies for lead, awareness, and pipeline growth. Analyze and report performance metrics for demand generation and marketing operations. Oversee growth marketing initiatives across various channels. Manage product brand websites and collaborate on content updates. Develop and manage social media strategies. Collaborate across departments for cohesive messaging. Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and vendor contracts. Establish KPIs and leverage analytics to measure campaign success. Stay informed on digital marketing trends and technologies. Manage CRM programs and optimize campaigns. Execute campaigns hands-on, coordinating with internal and external resources.
