Build complex SQL queries to access, extract, and analyze data from large and complex data systems, including CMS IDR. Transform, cleanse, and validate datasets using SQL or Python. QA code and analytical outputs developed by team members. Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives by eliciting and analyzing requirements. Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Document analytical processes, methodologies, and outcomes. Demonstrate understanding of relational databases, data architecture, and data modeling. Create conceptual models, entity relationship diagrams, and business process visualizations. Apply basic dashboarding and data storytelling principles using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Leverage subject matter expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare analytics. Maintain coding standards, accuracy, and attention to detail.
