Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Own the Founder’s calendar, inbox, priorities, and follow-ups Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring high-leverage work reaches the Founder Prepare agendas, notes, action items, and ensure follow-through Coordinate internal and external meetings Translate the Founder’s vision into clear priorities and execution plans Track company-wide initiatives and KPIs Build, document, and improve systems, SOPs, and workflows Identify and solve bottlenecks Run weekly leadership check-ins Create executive summaries, dashboards, and reports Research tools, vendors, hires, and opportunities Act as a single source of truth between leadership and teams Ensure clarity and momentum across departments
