Requirements
- MBA with relevant strategy consulting experience, or PhD / registered organisational psychologist
- Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients.
- Strong analytical capabilities to generate insights from complex data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects.
- A strong track record of success in leadership advisory, management consulting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for how leadership can elevate the performance of organisations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with corporate and private equity clients to assess, develop, and coach investors, CEOs, and c-suite executives.
- Lead engagements at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and complex influencing.
- Elevate the quality of leadership through powerful, targeted insights.
- Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with executive clients.
