Requirements
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWC)
- Availability to work between 8:30am and 6:30pm AEST (VIC time) on a rotating roster shared across the team
- Proven experience in a sales, contact centre, enrolment or phone-based role
- Strong track record working toward KPIs and sales targets
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Ability to convert leads and close opportunities effectively
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Resilient, motivated and self-driven mindset
- Comfortable working remotely while staying accountable and performance-focused
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
- Tertiary qualification in education and/or business management /marketing/sales (preferred) but not essential
Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads into student enrolments
- Build strong relationships and rapport with prospective students
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
- Confidently manage objections and follow up opportunities
- Consistently achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and internal systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the enrolment process
- Collaborate with the wider team to drive results and student success
