Comfortable managing diverse teams and complex operations. Experience working with product teams to build creator tools and platform infrastructure. Track record growing marketplace revenue through creator monetization, commissions, or similar models.

Own the roadmap to scale content from 300,000 to millions of pieces. Identify and fill critical gaps in content across wellness categories, formats, and languages. Build relationships with top wellness creators and establish partnerships with content distributors. Support existing teachers to expand content libraries and grow their businesses. Partner with product teams to build infrastructure for millions of content pieces. Own teacher income and retreats revenue strategy. Define and enforce content quality standards. Track content performance, teacher engagement, and library gaps using data.
