Strong collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal abilities. Experience in the benefits industry or similar is a plus. Preferred experience: PMI-ACP, PMP, Client Onboarding or consulting. Proficiency with ServiceNow is a plus.
