Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, project management, engineering, or technology). 1-5 years of professional experience in project management or other related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (OneNote, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Professional demeanor, ability to build trusting relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal abilities. Experience in the benefits industry or similar is a plus. Preferred experience: PMI-ACP, PMP, Client Onboarding or consulting. Proficiency with ServiceNow is a plus.

Oversee the successful execution of multiple client projects with limited complexity. Utilize project management, communication, and benefits knowledge to ensure deliverables align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and mitigate project risks. Build and maintain client relationships. Foster a collaborative team environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete discovery with clients and stakeholders and define a scope of work. Coordinate and deliver client-branded materials. Manage activities, progress, budgets, and deadlines across multiple projects. Schedule and facilitate project meetings. Prepare status reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders. Create and maintain project artifacts. Identify and address project issues and escalate unresolved risks. Use project management software to plan and manage timelines. Monitor and complete tasks related to client projects.
