Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare operations, or complex program/project management, ideally within provider enablement, value-based care, or healthcare consulting. Understanding of physician practices, including workflows, incentive structures, and challenges in clinical delivery. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and can move initiatives from concept to execution. Structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented, able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Ability to build strong relationships and drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills, including advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the design and execution of high-impact initiatives that advance provider success. Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes. Partner with leadership to prioritize work that drives provider satisfaction, quality performance, and network partnerships. Build and refine the processes, tools, and reporting frameworks that support effective provider engagement and internal processes. Collaborate with teams across Care Delivery, Clinical Operations, and Analytics. Support the operational rollout of practice enablement programs. Serve as the connective tissue between internal Clover teams and external provider partners. Anticipate challenges and proactively design systems or interventions to maintain executional momentum. Develop scalable playbooks and best practices. Gather and synthesize feedback from providers to inform strategic and operational improvements. Partner with data and analytics teams to track provider performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend interventions. Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
