Senior-level consulting experience Minimum 15 years of experience as senior information technology leader overseeing transformative modernization initiatives Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle principles Experience in evaluating and recommending optimal migration paths for Mainframe Modernization Knowledge and working experience with designing and implementing modern architecture patterns (e.g. microservices, event-driven) for mainframe applications Minimum of five years of executive technology consulting experience Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar discipline Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated Business Acumen Ability to solve complex, abstract problems Excellent interpersonal skills Executive presence Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent

Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops Ensure customer expectations are set and managed Own the end-to-end scope of solutions across multiple domains Break down problems into manageable segments Present deliverables to client executive management Support business development pursuits through client discovery meetings Represent service offerings during the sales cycle Develop and promote relationships with customers Present technical solutions to C-Level executives Develop and enhance Ensono’s Advisory services offerings Act as a technology thought leader and evangelist Maintain broad knowledge of IT marketplace trends and technologies Mentor team members
