Requirements:
4+ years in sales, fundraising, account management, or customer success with a track record of managing multiple accounts and achieving measurable results. Passion for supporting public school teachers and students, especially in underserved schools, and engaging partners around educational equity. Strong consultative skills for developing and deepening professional relationships and securing partnership commitments. Experienced leading complex projects or campaigns with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and moving parts. Comfortable with learning new technology and leveraging tools like Google Docs, project management platforms, and Salesforce. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delighting clients and anticipating needs. Adaptable problem-solver, receptive to feedback, and motivated to continuously grow skills.
Responsibilities:
Grow and sustain partner support by securing renewals from a portfolio of 30-50 partners ($100K-$249K annually). Design creative campaigns using standard products and processes to meet partner goals. Build deep, trusted relationships with partners, understanding their motivations and inspiring support. Manage and execute best-in-class partner campaigns, including communications, proposals, and reports. Work with internal technical teams to fund classroom projects. Analyze and present data and impact stories to demonstrate partner results. Contribute to team development of documentation, tools, and systems. Share sales and partnership strategies and support teammates. Play a key role in evolving partnerships to address inequity in education.
