Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Executive Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups related to sales activities Draft, proofread, and format professional emails and sales correspondence Maintain and update HubSpot CRM Track sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline updates Generate reports and summaries for the Sales Executive Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation Coordinate contract execution, tracking, and filing Act as a liaison between the Sales Executive, internal teams, and clients Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the sales process Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
