Proven experience as a Sales Executive Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting sales leadership Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Exceptional grammar and attention to detail in emails and contracts Experience managing contracts or sales documentation Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Executive Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups Draft, proofread, and format professional emails and sales correspondence Maintain and update HubSpot CRM Track sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline updates Generate reports and summaries Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation Coordinate contract execution, tracking, and filing Act as a liaison between the Sales Executive, internal teams, and clients Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
