Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance

3+ years of combined experience in Technology investment banking, Tech VC, or Tech PE experience with 2+ years of high-growth B2B SaaS company experience within Corporate Finance highly preferred Advanced modeling skills and spreadsheet operations, including charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc., with both Google Sheets and Advanced Excel required Demonstrated proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization (i.e., SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and financial planning tools (i.e., Drivetrain, Netsuite, Adaptive, TM1, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Statistics/Data Science or equivalent experience required Proven ability to create financial and operational models with an understanding of Enterprise SaaS/Usage-based models and operational metrics Experience with exit transactions and liquidity events, such as IPO, M&A, private fundraising, etc., preferred

Enhance and own corporate financial models, including 3-statement modeling Drive core FP&A workstreams: monthly forecasting, BvA variance analyses, annual budgeting, financial reporting Manage financial planning tool and system enhancements, and data integration Analyze and track financial results, key operational and SaaS metrics Conduct deep dives into corporate finance activities, such as capital structure evaluation Support corporate development initiatives, including IPO readiness
