Responsibilities:
Own financial and non-financial goals Develop and communicate vision, strategies, and philosophies for growth and profitability Manage day-to-day operations including sales, R&D, and customer support Attend promotional events like tradeshows and panels Drive revenue growth through sales strategies and new opportunities Develop sales operations and infrastructure for scale Maintain competitive intelligence and generate industry trend reports Improve use of Salesforce for forecasting and insights Create and implement sales team KPIs and performance dashboards Manage key relationships with large accounts Execute customer success programs and client support initiatives Facilitate training sessions Monitor Customer Success metrics and coordinate satisfaction surveys Ensure clear product roadmaps are established and adapted Balance R&D investment with maintenance efforts Track Product Manager prioritization of R&D tasks Facilitate growth of Product Managers Ensure profitable projects by monitoring billable utilization and OPEX Establish strategies to increase NRR Track monthly results with Head of Professional Services Drive revenue, profit, customer retention, and expense ratio improvements Review revenue results/forecasts and costs Participate in the development of internal department policies Drive P&L, ROI, EBITDA, rule of 40, and ARR/IRR performance Partner with HR lead on talent retention, development, local culture, and employment legislation Engage in M&A activities and oversee post-acquisition integration
