Requirements:

Proven experience creating short-form content that drives growth. Strong attention to detail, identifying nuances in imagery, tone, style. Strong creative + strategic mindset (Content strategy, weekly ideas, scripting, video editing, posting, reporting). Basic editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc). Expert with analytics and reporting. Interest in interior design or lifestyle content.

Responsibilities:

Create and test content across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts. Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short clips with strong hooks. Script, storyboard, and publish original short-form content. Track performance and optimize for growth (engagement, conversions, signups). Manage YouTube Community & Instagram posts to drive leads. Collaborate with the video team on editing when needed.
