Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred. 5+ years of experience as a specialist in Supply Chain financial planning & analysis, in corporate finance. 5+ years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), financial planning tools, and BI platforms (specifically Looker/Look ML). Strong background in SaaS or biopharma/big pharma industries preferred. Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and financial modeling. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and accounting principles. Experience with Google Sheets and Adaptive Insights. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences. Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain models to forecast COGS, inventory turns, and margin contribution. Partner with procurement and operations to evaluate costs and efficiency. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles. Develop and own KPI dashboards for supply chain performance. Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast. Deliver monthly reports and presentations on financial and operational performance. Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Finance leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize inventory, sourcing, and shipping strategies. Serve as the financial point of contact for supply chain initiatives. Improve data consistency and reporting accuracy across ERP, Adaptive, and Looker. Enhance visibility into cost structures and automate recurring analyses. Support process standardization for forecasting and KPI reporting. Act as a trusted financial partner and analytical resource to supply chain leaders. Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Analytics teams.
