Analyst Technique - Réparation de collision

Minimum 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the collision industry. Minimum 5 years of estimating experience with Audatex and Mitchell systems. Minimum 5 years of experience consulting automotive manufacturer procedures for estimating. I-CAR or other technical training or automotive manufacturer certification (EVs, structural materials, ADAS, vehicle technology). Proficiency in GAA rules and their application in the province of Quebec. Clear and effective communication skills, oral and written, in French and English. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and diplomacy. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify mutually beneficial decisions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, logical and organized thinking. Mediation skills with respect. Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision. Willingness for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends. Knowledge of Dynamics or experience with a CRM system is an asset. Ability to work from home and have access to a vehicle. Intermediate practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver's license.

Provide technical expertise on repair procedures and analytics to network workshops. Assist licensees in achieving performance goals and adhering to standards. Manage critical issues related to workshop operations and guide licensee decision-making. Conduct targeted estimates audits to support workshop performance. Identify underperforming workshops for coaching and improvement plans. Collaborate to maximize licensee utilization of the CSN System. Act as a resource for licensees regarding manufacturer requirements. Participate in new workshop onboarding and training design. Produce monthly progress and activity reports.
