Founded in 2002 by a group of four successful collision repair owners, CSN Collision was established to assist independent collision repair facilities to improve their operations through performance assessments, ongoing training, and marketing initiatives. Today, CSN Collision Centres is one of Canada’s most advanced networks of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities. Our independence is our strength in that our licensees have a vested interest in the company and their communities.

  • University Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Willingness to complete CIP courses as directed by the employer.

  • Respond to rental vehicle inquiries.
  • Support internal teams to implement program initiatives.
  • Liaise with Insurance Adjustors/Call Centre staff, CSN Corporate staff, CSN shop personnel, and clients.
  • Respond to communications/requests from insurers and internal departments.
  • Represent CSN at industry events with integrity and professionalism.
