Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Be a resource for the CSN licensees and corporate team for technical analysis and repair-related information.
  • Support the resolution of high urgency issues and partner/store concerns.
  • Guide decision-making and negotiate resolutions for cases involving multiple parties.
  • Conduct targeted estimate auditing to improve profitability and KPI management.
  • Identify opportunities to help licensees leverage the CSN System and assist with onboarding.
  • Report progress and activity to the Director, Field Operations monthly.
