Requirements:
  • University Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Willingness to complete CIP courses as directed by the employer.
  • Experience in the automobile repair service environment and/or claims adjudication is desirable.
  • Bilingual an asset.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license and in good standing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
  • Represent the key point of contact for CSN’s largest insurer account(s).
  • Document, monitor and update customer/adjuster escalation inquiries.
  • Validate payments to shops.
  • Respond to rental vehicle inquiries.
  • Support internal teams to implement program initiatives.
  • Liaise with Insurance Adjustors/Call Centre staff, CSN Corporate staff, CSN shop personnel, and clients.
  • Respond to communications/requests from insurers and internal departments.
  • Represent CSN at industry events with integrity and professionalism.
