Requirements:
3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. Proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales. Strong experience in managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and French (Bonus). Experience in fitness tech, health tech, or related industries (Bonus).
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end sales, including lead qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Execute strategic outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and ensure regular follow-ups. Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to improve the sales process, collateral, and tools. Diligently track all sales activity in the CRM.
