Senior Director, Medical Economics — Corporate

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, or 4 years commensurate experience. 12+ years of quantitative analysis in the healthcare industry. 5+ years of collaborating and influencing the Executive Leadership Committee. Proven experience in medical economics, corporate strategy, or a related analytics-driven leadership role.

Lead end-to-end medical expense forecasting for the corporate budget. Oversee the medical economics workstream for quarterly earnings. Own the design, production, and delivery of corporate reporting packages. Translate technical data into a cohesive corporate narrative. Establish and maintain the operational rhythm for corporate medical economics. Serve as the primary liaison between Medical Economics, Corporate Finance, and Investor Relations. Mentor and guide a team of actuaries and analysts.
