AP Accountant / Bookkeeper

Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations Solid knowledge of Lithuanian tax laws, statutory reporting, and GAAP accounting standards Familiarity with fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and month-end processes Experience working with ERP systems (familiarity with Rillet is a strong plus) Experience working with AP automation systems (familiarity with Ramp is a strong plus) Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (vLookups, Pivot tables) Meticulous attention to detail and a strong customer-first mindset Fluent in Lithuanian and English

Perform and oversee Accounts Payable Support with other accounting and finance functions Conduct bank and cash reconciliations Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries Support with monthly close adjustments (Fixed asset accounting, Prepaid expense tracking and amortization, Other monthly accruals and reclasses) Maintain and reconcile the general ledger Assist in financial reporting and audits Ensure compliance with Lithuanian and GAAP statutory accounting Collaborate with the international finance team on group-level initiatives
