Senior Internal Accountant / Accounting Lead

Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Group Accountant, or Consolidation Specialist. Solid knowledge of international accounting standards and financial statement preparation. Demonstrable experience with modern, cloud-based accounting systems, particularly Xero. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple entities and external stakeholders. Fluency in English. Direct, hands-on experience with Stripe and Chargebee (Nice-to-Have). Strong understanding of technical integrations between subscription management, payment processing, and general ledger (Nice-to-Have). Experience with Joiin for financial consolidation (Nice-to-Have). Familiarity with BMD software for the Austrian market (Nice-to-Have). Experience working in a fast-paced technology/SaaS environment (Nice-to-Have).

Manage global accounting operations and financial integrity. Serve as primary contact for accounting matters across international legal entities. Coordinate and review work of external local accountants for local financial statements. Drive preparation of consolidated financial statements using Joiin. Own bookkeeping and invoicing processes across group entities. Manage and optimize financial data flow across Stripe, Chargebee, and Xero. Identify and implement efficiencies in accounting processes and system integrations. Support finance team with budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic projects.
