Software Development Manager (Remote from Florida)

5–8+ years of engineering experience At least 2+ years leading software development teams Technical expertise in Node.js, React, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure transferrable) Experience with GraphQL or similar real-time API frameworks Experience with Agile teams, CI/CD pipelines Strong strategic problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills Proven ability to manage complex priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make decisive, ownership-driven decisions Familiarity with secure coding principles and PCI compliance requirements
