QA Engineer - LATAM

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in software testing. Experience writing automation in a modern framework such as Selenium, Playwright, etc. Experience with Relational Databases such as MySQL, Postgres, etc. Alternative datastores such as OpenSearch, Redshift, etc. are a major plus. Strong understanding of web development frameworks and architectures. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CJIS compliance is highly preferred. Background in public safety, emergency communications, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and their security considerations is preferred.

Produce clear diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans for QA systems/processes. Develop QA automation frameworks and systems following architectural guidelines and best practices. Use AI to ensure maximum effective test coverage. Write test automation that validates across front-end, back-end, and database. Write automated tests including Unit Tests, integration tests, and functional automation. Write and organize manual test cases. Work closely with cross-functional teams. Provide progress and performance updates to senior management.
